Refund policy


1. Introduction

At Soul'd Out ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the policy outlined below. Please read this policy carefully to understand our returns and refunds processes.

2. Returns

2.1 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

2.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item and include the RMA number inside the package.

2.3 Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

3.2 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

3.3 Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at [email protected] for further instructions.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable. These include:
